MLB Gameday Audio and Flip4Mac
It appears that the free Flip4Mac plug-in is incompatible with Major League Baseball's Gameday Audio.
Earlier this year I downloaded the Flip4Mac plug-in in order to play WMV files with Windows Media player. However, this spring I was unable to listen to my Indians play.
To get things working again go to System Preferences -> Flip4Mac WMV -> and remove the checkmark next to 'Use Flip4Mac WMV Internet Plug-in'
