Cellular Developments For Northern Michigan

The Verizon high speed service has been available around metro Detroit for several weeks now.

Up North, the expanded Grand Traverse Bay area coverage includes downtown Traverse City, the Grand Traverse Resort, Cherry Capital Airport, Traverse City State Park, Acme, Bates, Grawn and Grelickville.

It also includes the following major roads:

- US Route 31 between Grawn and Yuba

- Michigan Highway 72 between Williamsburg and County Road 616

- Michigan Highway 37 between Michigan Road 113 North to the south end of Old Mission Peninsula

And the Traverse City Business News says Cellular One areas should be iPhone capable at the end of the year - AT&T Agreement Will Bring iPhone to
