Retro TV Update

Still no channel 200 on Charter Digital Cable. It is NOT Charter's fault. Rather, TV 7&4 is experiencing ongoing issues with their equipment but they are working to get Retro TV back on by the weekend.

In other news TV 7&4 to take over operation of TV 29&8.
