The Sportsmans Channel on 165 (hunting and fishing)
ESPNU on channel 168 (collge sports)
Starz HD on channel 779
ESPN2 HD on channel 772
MHD on channel 792 (never heard of this one before now - it is the HD channel for MTV/VH1/CMT)

Other channels were moved to create bandwidth for the new HD channels:
